The Houston Texans’ playoff journey ended in disappointment with a 34-10 defeat against the Baltimore Ravens.

The game was a struggle for the Texans, who finished with more penalties (11) than first downs (10) and more penalty yards (70) than rushing yards (38), as reported by FOX 26 Sports Director Will Kunkel.
The Texans were unable to find their footing in the second half, failing to score any points.

Despite tying the game 3-3 before the end of the first quarter, the Texans faced difficulties, accruing six penalties in the opening quarter alone.
The Ravens surged ahead in the second quarter, scoring a touchdown to take a 9-3 lead. However, the Texans quickly responded with a 67-yard touchdown run by wide receiver Steven Sims, tying the game at 10-10.
Houston’s defense showed resilience in the second quarter, preventing Ravens quarterback Lamar Jackson from completing passes with two consecutive sacks.
The third quarter saw the Ravens take control, scoring a touchdown to lead 17-10, while the Texans struggled with penalties and rushing yards.
Despite efforts to narrow the gap, the Texans failed to score in the third quarter.
In the final quarter, the Ravens extended their lead with another touchdown, leading 24-10, and continued to dominate, preventing the Texans from scoring.
Ultimately, the Ravens secured a convincing victory with a final score of 34-10, ending the Texans’ playoff run.
