Regardless of whether Fields or Caleb Williams assumes the quarterback role in the upcoming season, significant changes are on the horizon for the Bears’ roster. Despite a modest improvement in performance towards the end of the previous season, the team faces the challenge of managing underperforming veterans commanding high salaries and finding space for new talent favored by the incoming coaching staff.
